Yes, you can repair a cracked concrete slab, depending on the size and type of crack: Fine surface cracks
These cracks are often cosmetic and can be repaired with a resurfacing product. Clean the concrete with a pressure washer, then spread the resurfacer with a squeegee.
Narrow cracks
Use a caulking gun to fill the crack with a masonry concrete crack filler. You can also use a vinyl concrete patching compound applied with a putty knife.
Wide cracks
Undercut the edges of the crack with a chisel and sledgehammer. This will make the crack wider at the base, which will help the patch stay in place. Then, fill the crack with vinyl patching compound.
Large cracks or cracked foundation
These cracks should be left to professionals, as they may require demolishing the concrete and pouring new material
The length of a concrete project depends on the size of the space, your preferences, and the style of the concrete. A small project, like a driveway, can take 1–3 days.
Concrete is usually dry enough to walk on after 24–48 hours, but it’s not ready for heavy objects or twisting motions.
